Hello, Well, i am working on my blog trying to make it easier to navigate.! I hope this make sit much easier to view and keep up with me. I have added a few pages.... My dollhouses is a list of all my dollhouses with a little info about them and a link that takes you to the page about that house.! Kellees Creations are my creations, things I have made for my dollhouses.! My Miniatures is all about miniatures I have picked up along the way....

I actually have 2 Pierce Dollhouses that are in need of rehabbing.!! Here is a link to the first one I recieved from a wonderful Mini Friend. I have not yet had time to work on it as I dont have room right now to set it up and start rehab work.!! I am working on decluttering and rearranging my work area now so hopefully I can get started very soon.... alot of Real Life stuff has stepped in my way but I hope to be able to work on this one soon.

My Oldest Son will be going on the 8th grade Washington D.C trip next school year.!!! We are trying to help him to get the $$ to go. It is a once in a lifetime experience !!! He has been mowing for several years now and really enjoys it.... I will try to help him by making and selling my Miniatures.!!!

I have made so many wonderful friends thru this wonderful Hobby. I have found a wonderful Mini Family on the Greenleaf Forum, and have learned alot about this hobby. My dream is to turn this wonderful Hobby into more than just a Hobby but a Buisness of sorts. I really Love building & Rehabbing dollhouses. I need to make more time for the houses and learn the art of building dollhouse furniture... but I still have alot to learn about dollhouses.

Well, Last night the Electric company came and cut the tree so they could fix everyones electric.! Today is going to be a busy day cleaning up the branches.!

Sealing MDF.

Well, I googled and stumbled across an article that says to seal MDF with 3 parts wood glue & 1 part water.!
I will have to seal the Shenandoah log cabin dollhouse.
The Shenandoah will be a log cabin out in the woods, used for vacations.!

Snow & Ice Storm January 2009

We had several inches of snow fall.. then the next day we had several inches of ICE!!!

We had a horrible wind storm last night, Our neighbors 40 year old, 40 foot Pine Tree fell.!!

Chill in the air

Today is a cool damp day.. but it is 56 degrees outside.... finally starting to try to warm up.. I sure hope it lasts.

Saturday I aquired a Shenandoah Log Cabin Dollhouse... it is made of MDF , I am rather disappointed that it is made of MDF. I have alot of plans for it... but cannot figure out how to finish the exterior.

I have not been working on my dollhouses or minitures much lately.. been busy with work & home.
